The name
The dynamics of intelligence.
"DHI" comes from the Sanskrit Dhī (धी): intellect, insight, the faculty of clear thought. DHI Dynamics is the dynamics of intelligence, intellect put into motion to solve real problems. It's why the dots in our logo vary in size: intelligence in motion, never static, never uniform. The name is the work.
Founded in 2016 and incorporated in 2019 under Prateek Shukla Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., DHI Dynamics began as computer-science engineers solving hard problems with an engineered, scientific method. As data and AI reshaped what software could do, we made them the center of the practice rather than an add-on, and turned our own AI agents on our own work.
Today we implement Salesforce, with a focus on the unglamorous part that decides whether enterprise AI succeeds: the data foundation and governance beneath the AI stack (Agentforce 360 and Data 360), and building intelligence that lives inside the platform it serves.

Prateek Shukla is the founder of DHI Dynamics. He holds a Computer Science Engineering degree and an MBA in Information Technology, with deep experience across engineering, business analysis and technology consulting.
He set DHI Dynamics on a Salesforce-and-AI engineering path, building an agentic organization that applies an engineered, evidence-based method to the data foundation and governance behind Salesforce's AI, and staying close to the work so intelligence ships governed, scalable and proven.
